Who is this program for?
The Beginner Entry Level clinic is designed to help the FIRST TIME open water swimmer. The Level One clinic is designed to help those who are about to do a first or second open water competition, usually a triathlon. The Advanced Level clinic includes longer swim repeats, focusing on sighting, drafting, and improved performance.
Before you start...
It's suggested that you purchase a wetsuit for your open water training. The water can feel especially cold when you are swimming without a wetsuit. A wetsuit is suggested at all clinics. They are optional.
